Exterior painting is our specialty. We can paint nearly any color on nearly any surface, even rusty metal is within our ability to paint. We can color match to make an old building look like its new counterpart. We use high-pressure airless paint sprayers to deliver a smooth finish and a timely work flow.

The roof coatings we use include: 

Asphalt Aluminum - A reflective silver coating designed to fight rust.

Elastomeric - A rubberized white coating designed to seal and protect.

Shingle Saver - A transparent elastomeric coating designed to extend the life of asphalt shingles by locking in the granules, laying down curling shingles, and providing protection against the elements.

We use a hot-applied rubberized joint sealant or "Hot Rubber" for short. Applied at 350°F, it bonds to concrete and metal with ease. It remains flexible in all temperatures and stretches with expansion and contraction. It is the only product that will remain airtight, waterproof, and prevent corrosion.

Sealcoating beautifies and protects asphalt. Sealcoating extends the life of asphalt by creating a barrier between the pavement and the elements, protecting from oxidation, water erosion, and chemical corrosion.

When asphalt and concrete undergo expansion and contraction, there is a possibility that cracks can form. If left alone, cracks will cause erosion of the base. Leading to potholes and more cracks. We use a hot-applied rubberized crack filler that will adhere to concrete and asphalt. It remains flexible and will waterproof cracks to prevent further erosion.
